The commonly used varieties of sliding switches are single-pole double-position, single-pole three-position, double-pole double-position and double-pole three-position, etc. It is generally used in low-voltage circuits and has the characteristics of flexible slider action, stable and reliable performance, and sliding switches are mainly widely used. Used for: various instruments/meter equipment, various electric toys, fax machines, audio equipment, medical equipment, beauty equipment, and other fields of electronic products!
Slide switch classification
Multi-function switches are divided into: low current toggle switch and high current slide switch. Low-current slide switches are commonly used in electronic toys and digital communications. High current is generally used for electrical appliances, machinery, etc. High current toggle switch Toggle switch specifications and electrical performance Rated power: dc50v 0.3a Operating temperature range: -20 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ Slide switch performance in all aspects:
1. Electrical performance specifications
1. Contact resistance test: test under small current (100ma). Requirements: Need to be less than 30 milliohms.
2. Insulation resistance test: input 500v DC voltage for 1 minute, and test according to the following contact methods:
(1) Between contact terminals.
(2) Between the rubber seat body and the row feet. Requirements: need to reach more than 100 megohms.
3. Withstand voltage test: input AC 500v (50-60hz) voltage, 1 minute sensitivity current 0.5ma, test according to the following contact methods:
(1) The rows of feet are between each other.
(2) Between the row pin and the shell Requirement: There is no abnormality such as insulation damage.
slide switch
The slide switch is mainly assembled from the following components after corresponding processing:
1. Iron shell (material: generally iron; treatment process: nickel electroplating or blackening process to prevent oxidation)
2. Plastic handle (material: generally pom material, if there is a requirement for flame retardant and high temperature resistance, pa nylon material is often used. Processing technology: injection molding)
3. Terminals (material: generally phosphor bronze; processing technology: electroplating silver)
4. Insulation bottom plate (material: bakelite; process: stamping forming)
5. Contact chip (material: generally phosphor bronze; processing technology: electroplating silver)
