Second, the working principle of the toggle switch

1. Conventional metal shell type toggle switch

Its rated current ranges from 0.5A to 5A, and it adopts different structures according to different functional design and size. It has a variety of terminal forms, the contact materials are silver-plated and gold, and the switch functions are diverse. Therefore, there are many types of subdivisions. Widely used in electronic appliances and mechanical equipment. 

2. Micro toggle switch

Compared with the traditional toggle switch, it is small in size, the switch body is made of plastic, and the pins are split and in-line. After the chip switch is packaged, it can be automatically mounted by smt. Widely used in communications, digital audio and video.

3. 4P3T in-line toggle switch

The contact form is 4p3t, and the pins are in-line. So it's a 4p3t online toggle switch. 4p3t decides that it has 8 pairs of pins and two pairs of brackets, which play the role of supporting, fixing and grounding. Widely used in building automation and electronic products.

4. Long actuator top dial type toggle switch

The actuator is 12mm and is located at the top of the switch, so it is a long-actuator top-dial type toggle switch. Widely used in digital audio and video, various instruments / instrumentation equipment.
